This fish is sure to wow your family at dinner. It’s really simple and can be used with any white fish like flounder or cod too. Every since I learned to bake fish this way I can’t help but do it every time. Even my 3-year-old loves it (and he is super picky). I make some rice or quinoa on the side with a veggie like broccoli or string beans and in about 20 minutes I have a nice healthy dinner for my family.
